What You Get For The $99 Price: If you have a PDF with images and links…you simply import it into Flip PDF and change a few settings, select a video background and press the magic button and all the files are setup to view online or EXE file, burn it to a CD, DVD or a Flash drive. The resulting animated page flipping with sounds effects flip book will play on all devices including mobile devices.

Ease of Use and Support

You can easily create cool marketing materials like online magazines and more. Installation was painless and didn’t need help from tech support. It was that easy to use the program! The interface is straightforward. Some video backgrounds are included and there’s more online. The menu has several tabs for a table of contents, bookmarks, design, background image and video scene. There’s a lot of options for export and below is a sample of controls and settings for the program:

You can also import a Flash SWF for a background. The program includes many different templates. If your PDF that you are importing doesn’t have a book cover the program offers the option of adding one of the included cover graphics or you can import one. And if you do need help there’s an online manual and FAQs and tech support is available if you create a new ticket.

The Only Drawbacks to Flip PDF

The only drawbacks to Flip PDF is their logo appearing in the viewer and inability to embed actual videos and animations. But good news if this is a concern! If you want more features like embedding videos, audio files, an image gallery, Flash and more you can upgrade to an even more powerful Flip PDF Professional at a discounted price and their logo will be removed from the viewer.

The bottomline…this program rocks! I was very impressed with how easy it actually is the create a cool animated flipping page book from just a PDF. So regarding this Flip PDF Review, I highly recommend this software!
